We’re not even halfway through the year and already there’s a huge amount to celebrate at Propeller – the latest excitement surrounds the securing of our position in this year’s Global PRWeek league table following nearly 50% growth in the US last year.
Our transatlantic presence and commitment to client excellence in the media, marketing and tech sectors have opened doors to new growth opportunities, expanded networks and driven global recognition. Our UK/US combined fees have propelled (pardon the pun) us onto the global stage, as we now rank 142nd worldwide, according to PRWeek.
In the competitive B2B category, we’ve also taken 11th spot in the PRWeek UK B2B league table. Our strategic campaigns, industry network and joined-up approach to PR and Marketing means we’re delivering work that genuinely moves the dial for our clients when it comes to reputation and growth.
Behind these achievements lies a dedicated team and a strong company culture. That’s why we’re delighted to have been awarded the IPA’s People First Promise badge of honour! The badge symbolises our commitment to fostering a healthy work environment, prioritising mental health, and supporting our team members.
This honour comes hot on the heels of featuring in Campaign UK’s Best Places To Work list for the second year – we made a significant jump of 26 positions on our previous showing in 2023 too. Combined with our recent placement in the Sunday Times Best Places To Work listing, these achievements showcase our success in creating a culture in which people are supported to reach their full potential as PR, Marketing and Business Development specialists.
It’s only been 15 months since Propeller came under new ownership with Kieran Kent, Chief Executive Officer and Jody Osman, Chief Growth Officer leading a management buy-out and Chief Client Officer Rose Bentley also taking a seat on the new Board and becoming a shareholder. The business is growing internationally and we’re looking forward to celebrating more accomplishments before the year’s end.
