As Managing Director Kieran has overall responsibility for leading, managing and driving the Propeller PR & Content business. He has over 15 years of experience running UK and international PR programmes for technology, advertising and media businesses. Prior to joining Propeller Kieran was Client Services Director at Tech PR agency ITPR. Since Kieran’s arrival in 2014, Propeller PR & Content has doubled in size. Kieran’s client experience includes Google, Adobe, NEC, Mindshare, Disney, Webtrends, TubeMogul, Quantcast and Oxygen8 Communications.
I’m a keen runner and have most recently run the Edinburgh 2017 Marathon and the London 2016 Marathon.
Rose’s career has spanned marcomms, PR, management, business development and coaching across Europe, the US, The Middle East and India. As Global Head of Business Development and then Global Head of Reputation at Wolff Olins, she hired Propeller back in 2017 and liked us so much she joined us as Director of Strategy last year. Rose helps clients get on-point with their comms strategy and messaging, with a deep understanding of what creative agencies need to deliver.

As our Group Director of Growth, Jody helps us to practice what we preach and leads our marketing and business development efforts across each of our offers.
Jody previously launched Upfront Business Development, which became part of Propeller Group on 2018 to provide a market-leading offer that combines business development, content and PR.
Jody has been helping agencies of all shapes and sizes win new business since 2001. Including high profile client wins with the likes of Adidas, BT, Coca-Cola, Jaguar Land Rover and The Body Shop.
A passionate business developer, Jody is also Co-Founder of The BD100, which recognises the best in the business of business development and encourages greater collaboration and support across the business development community to everyone’s benefit.

Mary Cirincione is an experienced communications and public relations consultant based in New York with a master’s in journalism from Northwestern University Medill School and a strong understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape. As she likes to say, the “written word is her world,” and when she’s not strategizing, pitching or ghostwriting on behalf of her creative, ad and tech clients, she occasionally pens pieces around lifestyle and small business. She joined Propeller as their head of U.S. in late 2021, previously leading the North American PR program for Getty Images. She launched her comms career after receiving her bachelor’s from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2008, serving various federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. area through positions at BAE Systems and Booz Allen among others.
Hilary has worked in PR since 2009 and prides herself on her knowledge of the media and marketing landscape and during her time at Propeller she has worked with a range of leading UK and international media brands, advertising agencies and technology companies. Hilary likes to get to the heart of a client’s business and understand their business challenges and how they play into wider industry trends. Aside from client work Hilary enjoys the process of bringing a team together and empowering junior members of the team to grow and confidently deliver high quality coverage for clients.
As a child, I was obsessed with the Chalet School books – to the degree that my parents drove all the way to Austria so we could visit where it was set.
Ben is Propeller’s Director of Business Development and Partnerships. A familiar face at industry events, ranging from Cannes Lions and DMEXCO to Mobile World Congress and Advertising Week in London and New York, Ben works across Propeller’s client roster. His love of networking and brainstorming means he is often the first point of contact for prospective clients and his infectious enthusiasm and creativity shine through in pitches. Ben’s background in journalism has equipped him with a strong ‘nose for news’ that he brings to bear in our daily media meeting strategy sessions. He loves formulating killer headlines and tactical hooks to achieve cut-through coverage in high-profile print, online and broadcast media.

Branwell is Director of Content at Propeller. He is a former journalist with trade and consumer experience. He has held the position of deputy editor at Marketing Week and spent more than a decade explaining complex business and technology trends in easily digestible language and formats. His interview subjects have ranged from the CEO of Travelodge and the CMO of Fujitsu to the co-founder of Metro Bank and the director of customer experience at British Airways. He offers high calibre, editorially-led content solutions.

Louise graduated from CCU with a Marketing and Computing degree, spending a year teaching Business Studies and IT, before moving into the world of PR. She prides herself on her organisation skills, and enjoys reading about the latest trends in the industry.

Kate is a seasoned PR overseeing client strategy and account handling across clients, with a specific focus on creativity. She also leads many of the cultural initiatives within Propeller. In previous roles, she’s run consumer campaigns across the music, entertainment, healthcare, and lifestyle sectors, both in agencies and freelance.
I was born in Holland where my dad was a presenter on Radio Netherlands where my birth was announced on-air.
During her career Joss has worked across a range of businesses including international tech and FMCG brands, print and online publishers, charities and ad-tech companies. Joss now applies her experience and knowledge to driving high quality client service across Propeller Group, developing skills and expertise within the team and setting programme direction for a number of client accounts.

Gill leads a portfolio of Propeller’s clients across media and tech, and offers expertise into PR and comms strategies around sustainability and social impact. She also leads on strategic counsel for clients. She can usually be found with our Puplicist, Wolfie.

Alysha is often the first person people meet when they visit the Propeller office. She started at Propeller as Admin Assistant and quickly became an essential part of the company. Now as Group Head of Operations, Alysha is the right-hand woman to the directors and oversees the finance, HR and general running of the office.

Natasha is an experienced business developer who prides herself on building relationships and making connections with clients and colleagues across the industry.
Having worked with a range of clients in the agency world Natasha now applies her knowledge to supporting the team across a range of clients helping them on their strategy, new business programme and positioning. She also manages the business development team, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Alex joins Propeller Group as an Account Director and brings an eclectic mix of experience in PR, Comms and Marketing, having managed award-winning campaigns for global tech companies, both in-house and agency-side. Specialising in technology and digital cultures, Alex graduated from De Montfort University with a BSc in Media Technology and MSc in Creative Technology. Side note – If Alex wasn’t working in PR, he’d most likely be working in a professional kitchen as he loves to cook!
Izzy is a trained journalist, editor and PR professional who has lived and worked in Australia, Sri Lanka, Amsterdam and London. Part-time panel host, ex-drummer and published author, Izzy is a passionate believer in the importance of creating space for as yet unheard voices, particularly from the next generation. Special skills include cycling alongside double decker London buses, discovering coveted pieces on Vinted and always, always ensuring the freezer is stocked with crumpets and the fridge with mayo.
Jess has worked in business development since 2013 where she initially started out in the insurance industry before moving to agency world. Having enjoyed elements of her role where she looked after the client event accounts she soon moved over to the content team where she now works across on our clients events and content campaigns. Jess enjoys the opportunity that events, content and lead gen brings to our clients which is why she loves working on the central content team.

Anthony has worked in various PR roles since 2016, having worked in FMCG and medical consultancy communications for large brands and start-ups. After studying a Master’s degree at the University of Kent, Anthony joined Propeller as an intern and now works across a number of B2C and B2B accounts. As an organised and trusted member of the team, Anthony prides himself on pushing great coverage over the line and securing great opportunities on the industry’s events circuit.
Daniel Schloss is a media nerd that also happens to be a PR pro. He has served dozens of founders, executives, creative directors, and strategists in the community of creative and branding agencies—everyone from the major holding companies to the challenger indies. Equal parts sentimental and cynical, Daniel thrives off engaging with industry discourse, connecting press with sources, and being the ultimate hype man not just for his clients but for the broader journalism world and for a robust media ecosystem. Daniel holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in Marketing, Media, and Entertainment.
Holly has worked in B2B media and marketing PR since 2016, having previously worked in financial PR and corporate communications for a number of FTSE100 clients spanning media, retail and tech. With strong journalist relationships at key national and trade titles, she works across a range of clients at Propeller including agencies in the advertising, branding and digital transformation spaces. Holly enjoys making creative links between clients’ messaging and the fast-paced news cycle.

Mykayla is a Public Communications graduate from the University of Technology Sydney in her native country Australia. She made the move to the UK in 2018 after working in B2B technology PR, looking to enhance her global communications and media experience. She’s been with Propeller since July 2018 and has worked across a range of clients including digital marketing agencies, advertising technology vendors, and international payments providers. Despite now being fully immersed in British culture, her Antipodean tendencies do occasionally provide the team with humorous pronunciations of ‘data’ and ‘yoghurt’.
Emma joined the team in 2016 as an intern and quickly worked her way up to Account Director. She is an ex-student journo and previously interned at a tech PR agency. She brings with her versatile writing and research skills as well as a keen enthusiasm for all things media-related.
I’m a little bit of a francophile and have a never-ending quest to be fluent in French.
Jairo Barrantes is a communications professional with a proven track record in media relations and thought leadership development. Based in Rochester, New York, he launched his PR career in New York City and has since cultivated strong relationships with editors and reporters at the most read business, marketing and advertising publications, as well as with event organizers at prominent advertising industry events around the world.
He has executed public relations strategies in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Latin America, connecting clients with their target audiences while taking into account the demographic and cultural nuances that are key to building a positive reputation and increasing visibility. Jairo has a master’s degree in Public Relations and Integrated Communication and believes in the power of storytelling to create meaningful impact.
Aleda Stam is a communications professional that specializes in thought leadership and media relations. She is a trained journalist with a decade’s worth of experience in retail, communications, marketing and advertising trade. Aleda was previously a senior reporter at Ad Age, covering creative and media ad agencies. Before that, she covered public relations agencies and corporate communications as a senior reporter at PRWeek. When not consuming news and media trends, Aleda’s voracious appetite for the written word is quenched with the latest romantasy or science fiction best seller.
Aleda graduated from the Robert E. Cook Honors College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in Journalism and Communications.
Naz first joined Propeller Group in 2021 as an Intern. He is our Marketing Manager and a real whizz, especially with our in house podcasts, video editing and digital asset creation! Fun fact, Naz is tri-lingual, speaking Arabic, English and French.
Katie is a seasoned B2B Technology Account Manager at Propeller, bringing expertise in cybersecurity, SaaS, gaming, media, and entertainment. She’s passionate about tech, storytelling, and music. Outside of work, you can often find Katie at the gym, lifting heavy things.
Lewis is our go to for anything to do with CRM and data. He manages our in-house tool stack, making sure this is optimised for Propeller Group and all our clients. Lewis also works with the research team to make sure our targeting and data is focused, accurate and up to date.
Linn escaped the cold weather of Sweden to study Anthropology at UCL back in 2018, and has since worked within Business Development. She joined Propeller in June 2023 as a Business Development Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience within B2B sales. Outside of work, Linn is an avid reader and movie fanatic, venturing to the cinema at least once a week. She also enjoys games, and has spent a lot of time finding Korok Seeds in Breath of the Wild.
Saamiyah graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Politics and Sociology, and has a range of communications experience. Her interest in current affairs and knack for relationship building sees her working across a range of clients from retail to media.
On a day-to-day basis she works on securing coverage for her clients, building relationships with journalists and ensuring activity is organised and up-to-date.
I’d like to think my degree comes in handy for important things, but I mainly use it to socio-analyse episodes of The Kardashians with my friends.
Mia grew up in Orpington. Mia previously worked in the gaming industry as part of her role she completed a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Mia joined Propeller in May 2022 and will most likely be the person you speak to when you call the Propeller office. She is the office assistant to our Head of Operations and is our go-to organised, helpful and friendly face in the office.
She is easily distracted by dogs and has 3 of her own, their names are Oscar, Teddy and Ellie.
Bea’s worked at Propeller since graduating from the University of Liverpool, where she studied politics with history. At Liverpool she played for the university’s hockey team and has continued her love for team sport since moving to London through joining a local Netball team. She brings this passion for team work to the office where she enjoys most the collaborative process that goes into producing great work for our clients.
I’ve recently completed my first marathon in Manchester. I absolutely loved the whole day but think I’ll need a year or so to recover before attempting the next!
Amirali joined Propeller in 2022, after completing his MSc in International Public Policy at Royal Holloway University whilst working within his previous role as the Marketing Executive at a start-up company. He began his journey with us as a Campaign Manager and has since progressed to the role of Account Manager for Digital Marketing. Amirali specialises in email marketing, social media strategies, and account-based marketing, bringing a wealth of expertise to our team.
And when he’s not crafting marketing magic, you might catch Amirali unwinding with a bucket of popcorn, a true movie buff at heart!
Justin is a storyteller, a scholar and a cinephile, not to mention a hungry public relations professional when it comes to developing campaigns for both social media and traditional media, as well as influencer marketing. Justin first stumbled upon the field while working for a non-profit during his college years in upstate New York, soon after serving as an intern for Fast Company and Inc. and later gaining B2C and B2B PR experience across various industries, including gaming, tech and CPG.
Engaging audiences is something he is truly passionate about, and he has successfully executed plans across the U.S., UK, Germany and Singapore, generating organic coverage for his clients and fostering significant social followings at the same time.
Ollie joined Propeller in 2021 as a Content Executive and loves nothing more than turning ordinary topics into extraordinary pieces of writing. Ollie’s way with words isn’t solely confined to his writing – he’s also established himself as the office’s resident chatterbox/loudmouth.

Connor joined Propeller in early 2023 as an Account Executive. Passionate about both storytelling and research, his previous experience includes in-house and agency with an emphasis on B2B tech. He enjoys engaging the right audience with the right stories at the right time to make great things happen for clients.
Will began his PR career back in 2021 working with science and technology clients from across industry and academia. His Natural Sciences degree from University College London, combined with a personal interest in scriptwriting & theatre, gives a mix of creative and analytical insight that helps clients solve the most challenging comms problems.

With a background in screenplay development and film journalism, Ed crossed over into the world of PR in 2022. This love of creativity, combined with a drive to find truth in storytelling fuels his work across a variety of clients in the marketing and advertising space.

Sakariye joined Propeller as an Intern after completing his studies at the London School of Economics. With a keen eye for fast developing stories, he uses this instinct to deliver for clients. He has a strong passion for comedy, especially satire and sketch, and firmly believes he could have played for Chelsea FC if his ankles weren’t so bad.
