Building on the success of last year’s financial technology exhibition, Fintech Week 2016 showed off the latest innovations in the industry to full rooms at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel.
Deputy Mayor of London for Business Rajesh Agrawal began the event with opening remarks which candidly discussed the impact Brexit may have on Britain’s fintech industry.
In contrast Cornelia Yzer, Senator for Economics, Technology and Research for the Berlin Government implored senior financiers to move their business to Berlin and away from a post-Brexit Britain.
The week continued with a series of lively and engaging seminars and talks, rounding off with a drinks reception on the final night.
