In the driving seat – a Dog’n’Bone episode with Peter Zillig, Marketing Director of Ford Europe
What do brands really want from agencies? How can agencies become more effective – and more indispensable – partners? In the latest episode of the Dog ‘n’ Bone podcast we explore what really matters to brands – as curator and host Propeller Martin Loat talks with Peter Zillig, Director of Marketing at Ford Europe.
Peter has worked across the aisle of both agencies and brands from Compaq, TAG, Euro RSCG (Havas) and Cheil UK. Together the pair dig up what really matters to the people in charge of marketing budgets.
“In a noisy and cluttered world, there is no point in investing in average work. Let’s make sure it’s work that grabs people’s attention and is contagious,” Peter urges.
He goes on to emphasise the importance of creativity, understanding and anticipating your client’s needs and being a partner – not a supplier to your client.
