The Propeller team are massive fans of Advertising Week Europe, so it felt only right for some of us to pay a pilgrimage to where the event began for its blockbuster US equivalent last month.
Now in its 13th successful year, Advertising Week New York was every bit as big as you would expect from the Big Apple’s leading advertising industry conference.
Highlights included director Richard Curtis and BBH founder Sir John Hegarty launching ‘Project Everyone’, speeches from the likes of Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg and Google’s Sridhar Ramaswamy (pictured) and a discussion chaired by Sir Martin Sorrell.
The team came back with bundles of new ideas and can’t wait for Advertising Week Europe in March. Here’s to ‘The City That Never Sleeps!’
