As a team, we love to get our clients featured in national media coverage. That’s why getting featured ourselves for the work we love to do is a tremendous honour.
To be recognised as one of the best employers to work for, our team were surveyed on how Propeller performs in the following criteria – Reward and Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing and Job Satisfaction.
We wanted to share the parts of Propeller’s culture we’re most proud of:
Early Friday Finishes: We get to sign off at 1pm on Fridays, allowing us to reclaim a huge part of our weekends.
Flexible Working: Propeller has an ‘8 days a month’ in the office policy, meaning we get to choose which days are most suitable for us to come in.
Monthly Socials: Our socials are always such a fun time, with activities and experiences planned every month such as AR cricket and football, rooftop bars, sip and paint, funfair themed bars, arcades, football matches, a lot of karaoke and nights out.
Sabbaticals: We offer a paid one-month sabbatical after four years of employment. In the past three years 15 people have taken a sabbatical with us.
Not-for-Profit Clients: All staff have the opportunity to work on purposeful, cause-related client accounts or charitable projects. These include WACL, Conscious Advertising Network, Bloom UK, Taylor Bennett Foundation, Brixton Finishing School and Outvertising.
All of these benefits and our positive work culture have meant that the average length of service at Propeller Group is seven years, something we’re all proud of.
