You are probably either an established AM or SAM looking towards your next role or an AD looking to flex your muscles at a well-established but fast-growing agency. You excel at leading and motivating and as part of the role, you will have direct responsibility for devising client strategies and ensuring they are correctly implemented, guiding and managing all the staff working in your account teams. You will have at least five years B2B PR experience and a proven track record of delivering results for your clients. You must love both the traditional and new media worlds, and have a broad understanding of how PR can support wider sales and marketing objectives.

As an Account Director you will play a key role in sales & marketing activities at Propeller and you will work with the new business team on interpreting briefs, pitching proposals and winning clients that expand your own portfolio.
